About the Babolat Counter Veron
Counter is Babolat's round head shape, and on the Veron platform it produces the most forgiving racket in the line. The round head centres the sweet spot rather than pushing it towards the tip, and at a medium balance the weight is neither back in the hand nor forward over the ball. The Veron itself is built on Carbon Flex and sits between the stiff Viper and the fibreglass-faced Vertuo, so this is a comfort-first frame within a comfort-first line. Remember that the first word names the shape rather than a level: Counter, Air and Technical Veron are one racket in three heads. Babolat builds on EVA.
