Asuncion's Premier Padel P2 produced a straightforward title defence in the men's draw, where Alejandro Galan and Federico Chingotto won again after their 2025 title. The women's final went to Paula Josemaria Martin and Beatriz Gonzalez Fernandez, extending a remarkable run for Gonzalez Fernandez, who has now won every edition of the event: first alongside Delfina Brea Senesi in 2024, then with Claudia Fernandez Sanchez in 2025, and now with a third different partner. Three editions in, Asuncion's men's title has changed hands only once, while its women's draw has been won by the same player each time even as her partnerships have shifted.
