Sane Agressor

Agressor is the broadest family in Sane's catalogue and the one the brand puts most builds behind. Retailers spell it with a double g as often as not, so Aggressor listings are the same family.

The builds run in two directions. Evolution is the platform most of them sit on, sold in several light-named finishes; Diamond names the aggressive mold; Tactic and Fiber are construction variants; and GOLD is the premium finish Sane applies across more than one family. Reading the build word matters more here than in the rest of the range, because the family spans further.

Questions about the Sane Agressor

How do I read an Agressor name?

Take it in two parts: the platform and the treatment. Evolution is the platform most builds sit on; Diamond names the aggressive mold; Tactic and Fiber describe the construction; and GOLD is a premium finish rather than a level. A name such as Agressor Evolution Diamond GOLD is therefore three descriptors stacked, not three tiers.

Is Aggressor with two g's a different racket?

No — it is the same family. Sane spells it Agressor and retailers frequently correct it to Aggressor, so both spellings appear in listings for the same rackets. Treat them as one when comparing prices rather than assuming a variant.

What is the GOLD in an Agressor name?

A premium finish Sane markets as its own series, applied across more than one family rather than being a build of the Agressor alone. It appears on the Fussion as well. Read it as the trim level rather than as a change of mold or core.
