Paris hosted its first Premier Padel Major in 2023, when Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia won the men's title. The pair went on to retain it in both 2024 and 2025, taking every edition played so far. Paula Josemaria Martin and Ariana Sanchez Fallada won the inaugural women's title in 2023 and successfully defended it in 2024, before Gemma Triay Pons and Delfina Brea Senesi ended their run by winning the 2025 title. No pair has yet won the women's draw more than twice in Paris.
