Valladolid's P2 has been played three times, and Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia have won all three men's titles on record, from 2024 through 2026, without the trophy changing hands. The women's draw has moved between different pairings but kept one name in common. Claudia Fernandez Sanchez and Gemma Triay Pons won in 2024, Ariana Sanchez Fallada and Paula Josemaria Martin took the 2025 title, and Josemaria Martin returned to win again in 2026, that time alongside Beatriz Gonzalez Fernandez. Coello and Tapia's sweep of every edition sits alongside a women's draw where Josemaria Martin alone has now won two of the three titles on record.
