The Poison is Alacrán's teardrop, built on an 18K aluminised carbon face with a 3D sand-effect finish for spin, and it aims at the balance between power and control that a teardrop is supposed to strike. It sits below the Imperator in demand and above the brand's accessible frames, which makes it the natural choice for an experienced player who does not want a full diamond.

As across the rest of the catalogue there is no Pro or Light build beneath it: Alacrán builds one racket per name, so the decision is whether the frame suits you rather than which version to take.
