The Raptor is StarVie's round-shaped family, built for precision and a wider sweet spot, and it splits into a Pro and a Soft build like most of the catalogue. The round head is the reason to choose it over the Triton or the Basalto: it puts the sweet spot in the middle of the face rather than towards the tip, which suits a player who defends and constructs rather than finishes. The Soft build widens that tolerance further.
