Varlion Bourne
Bourne is a fusion of two of Varlion's base shapes — the diamond Cañón and the teardrop Avant — built to improve the power of the second and the control of the first. That makes it a hybrid by design rather than by accident, which is how Varlion structures the upper half of its catalogue.
Its builds are technology names: Summum marks the range, Prisma Carbon Soft and Carbon TI name layups and frame profiles, Carbon Black the finish and One a further variant. None of them is a level; they describe what a particular Bourne is made of.

What is the Bourne a fusion of?
