About the Babolat Technical Veron
Technical is Babolat's diamond head, and on the Veron platform it gives the comfort-oriented line its most forward profile. The head shape puts weight and sweet spot higher than the Air teardrop or the Counter round, while the medium balance and medium face keep it from being as demanding as the Viper above. Veron is built on Carbon Flex, which is the material that separates it from the stiffer Viper and the fibreglass Vertuo. Read the first word as a shape rather than a level: this is not a step up from the Counter Veron, it is a different head on the same racket. Babolat builds on EVA. Within the Babolat Veron line the build word is what separates two listings, since a model year describes the season a racket was sold in rather than where it sits in the range.
