Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia won the 2026 Italy Major, a second title at the event for the pair, who also won its first edition in 2023. Their victory ended Federico Chingotto and Alejandro Galan's hold on the trophy after that pair had won the two editions held in between. In the women's draw, Gemma Triay Pons and Delfina Brea Senesi retained the title they won in 2025, a successful defence. It was also her third title at the event, having first won it in 2023 alongside a different partner, Marta Ortega Gallego.
