Rome's Premier Padel Major crowned Federico Chingotto and Alejandro Galan as men's champions in 2024, the pair's first title at the event, a year after Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia had won its 2023 edition. Chingotto and Galan went on to defend the title in 2025, becoming the tournament's first repeat men's champions. In the women's draw, Ariana Sanchez Fallada and Paula Josemaria Martin took the 2024 title, one year after Gemma Triay Pons had won alongside Marta Ortega Gallego. Triay Pons returned to win the women's title in both 2025 and 2026, partnering Delfina Brea Senesi on each occasion.
