Rome's Premier Padel Major began in 2023, when Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia won the men's title and Marta Ortega Gallego and Gemma Triay Pons took the women's draw. Federico Chingotto and Alejandro Galan won the men's title in 2024 and defended it in 2025, the tournament's first repeat men's champions, before Coello and Tapia returned to win again in 2026. Triay Pons went on to add a second women's title in 2025, partnering Delfina Brea Senesi, and the pair repeated as champions in 2026.
