Adidas Essnova

Essnova is adidas's line for intermediate players, sitting between the Discovery rackets and the Adipower and Metalbone families. It is sold as the Essnova Carbon, the Essnova Carbon Ctrl and an Essnova LTD limited edition. The Ctrl build is the one to note: it moves the balance back towards the hand for players who defend more than they attack, while the standard Carbon build leaves the weight further forward. It is a shorter line than Adipower, which makes it easier to choose within, and the carbon face is what separates it from the Discovery rackets below.
