The 900 sits in the upper half of Volt's numeric ladder, built around a fast-recovery black EVA core that gives a responsive feel and quick rebound. It is aimed at advanced players who want output without the full commitment of the diamond frames above it.
It is carried as the 900 V4; the V number is the generation rather than a level. Because Volt names its whole line numerically, choosing here means choosing a position on one ladder rather than between differently named families.
