Madrid's Premier Padel P1 began in 2023, when Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia won the men's title and Delfina Brea Senesi and Beatriz Gonzalez Fernandez took the women's draw. Coello and Tapia defended the men's title in 2024, before Martin Di Nenno and Leo Augsburger won it in 2025. Gemma Triay Pons and Claudia Fernandez Sanchez won the 2024 women's title, and Beatriz Gonzalez Fernandez added a second Madrid title in 2025, this time partnering Fernandez Sanchez rather than Brea Senesi. No men's pair has yet won this event more than twice.
