Madrid has staged this Premier Padel P1 every year since 2023, and Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia added a second straight title in 2024, retaining the men's crown they took at the event's first edition. In the women's draw, Gemma Triay Pons and Claudia Fernandez Sanchez claimed the title, a different pairing from the champions of 2023. The tournament went on to see a change of hands in both categories: Martin Di Nenno and Leo Augsburger won the men's title in 2025, while Fernandez Sanchez returned alongside Beatriz Gonzalez Fernandez to win the women's title that same year. Coello and Tapia remain the only pair to have won this event more than once.
