Martin Di Nenno and Leo Augsburger won the 2025 Madrid P1, ending Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia's run of consecutive titles after that pair had won the first two editions. In the women's draw, Claudia Fernandez Sanchez and Beatriz Gonzalez Fernandez won together for the first time, though neither was new to the podium: Gonzalez Fernandez had won the 2023 title alongside Delfina Brea Senesi, and Fernandez Sanchez had won in 2024 alongside Gemma Triay Pons. Between them, the two 2025 champions had now won this indoor P1 in three different partnerships across the tournament's three editions.
