Milan has staged a Premier Padel P1 every year since 2023, and no pair has repeated as champion. Juan Lebron and Alejandro Galan won the first edition, Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia took the second, and Federico Chingotto partnered Galan to the third title in 2025, making Galan the only man to have won the event twice, on each occasion with a different partner. The women's draw has been equally unpredictable: Delfina Brea Senesi and Beatriz Gonzalez Fernandez, then Gemma Triay Pons and Claudia Fernandez Sanchez, then Ariana Sanchez Fallada and Paula Josemaria Martin have each lifted the trophy once. The tournament carried a new title sponsor for its third staging, becoming Oysho Milano P1, though its place on the P1 calendar was unchanged.
