Milan's Premier Padel P1 opened in 2023, with Juan Lebron and Alejandro Galan winning the inaugural men's title and Delfina Brea Senesi and Beatriz Gonzalez Fernandez taking the first women's draw. Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia succeeded them as men's champions in 2024, before Federico Chingotto and Galan won the title again in 2025, giving Galan the men's crown in two of the event's first three editions, each time with a different partner. In the women's draw, Gemma Triay Pons and Claudia Fernandez Sanchez won in 2024 and Ariana Sanchez Fallada and Paula Josemaria Martin followed in 2025; no pair has yet won the women's title more than once in Milan.
