Federico Chingotto and Alejandro Galan won the 2025 Oysho Milano P1, a first Milan title for Chingotto and a second for Galan, who had also won the inaugural edition in 2023 alongside Juan Lebron. Ariana Sanchez Fallada and Paula Josemaria Martin took the women's title, a maiden win at the event for both players; neither had appeared among the tournament's previous champions in 2023 or 2024. The result meant both draws produced entirely new champion pairs from the editions immediately before them, continuing a run in which no team has yet won the title in successive years.
