Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia won the 2024 Milano Premier Padel P1, a first title at the event for the pair, after Juan Lebron and Alejandro Galan had won the inaugural edition the year before. Gemma Triay Pons and Claudia Fernandez Sanchez took the women's draw, also a first Milan title for both players, succeeding Delfina Brea Senesi and Beatriz Gonzalez Fernandez as champions. Both draws therefore changed hands completely between the tournament's first two editions, with no player retained from the 2023 winning pairs on either side.
